Meet Doc, our 100% Good Boy and Mojave Desert survivor. 🐾❤️
A year ago, Doc was found wandering the harsh Mojave desert. He drifted onto a kind woman’s property and stayed because he loved her kids and dogs. She couldn't keep him, which is exactly when our paths crossed.
I was navigating a heavy loss, having just lost my previous "Beef boy," Apollo. I was also about to become a father. Seeing how gently Doc engaged with her children and pets completely sold me. I pulled up in my truck and said, "If he jumps in, we'll go from there." Doc leaped right into the cab—and has been my best friend ever since.
I truly believe Apollo sent him to me to ease my aching heart. Doc kept Apollo's beautiful, high-energy spirit alive, making it feel like he’s always been part of my life. Today, he’s a breed advocate, a mascot for good boys, and a total lover wrapped in muscle and fur. (He still smells like a hamster sometimes, though! 🐹)
