Auristela

Auri or Stela for short this little girl is roughly 11 years old now. She was rescued from the Kent County Animal Shelter by my Nana when she was estimated to be 5 years old. My Nana passed away last year, and since Stela has always loved me I inherited her. Now she spends her days playing with her sister, Reyna, and laying in her sun patch by the window.
A funny story: When Nana adopted Auri her name was Bella, which is my name. For a while that was fine, but when she came to live with me, I started calling her Auristela, because it means golden star, and she is definitely a little star. It stuck and now we don't have to fight over a name anymore.
