I have Thor and Maisy is (literally) my therapy cat. He has saved my life many times. After my fainting episodes. I'll wake up to her meowing and licking my face. He waits for me to wake up just to give me morning kisses. When I'm gone for a few days she goes wild and gets depressed. And when I'M depressedor any other behavioral issue...
