Stormy 1

Stormy is a nine-year-old tabby-and-white cat who came home on October 15, and she has been home ever since — in every sense that matters.

Before us, Stormy was surrendered through Concho Animal Advocates after her first family moved out of state. She had been pregnant about six months earlier…they kept one kitten and left her behind. She arrived skinny, with bite marks from another animal, and a foster family patiently fattened her up. She was confident from day one, but she had not learned to play, and she was wary of toys and scared of brooms. She even became a little mom herself to a foster kitten, letting it suckle, before she was adopted through the Sedona shelter.

With us within an hour she was comfortable, roaming the whole house and cuddling any chance she gets 🥹
