Diesel deserves to win because he isn’t just a dog to us. He’s family. He’s the kind of dog who somehow knows when you need him, who can make a bad day better just by laying beside you, and who gives love without ever asking for anything in return! Those eyes, that big head, and that sweet face are only a small part of what makes him so special. Anyone who knows Diesel knows there is something about him that you just can’t explain. He has a heart that is every bit as big as he is, and he has brought more love, laughter, comfort, and unforgettable moments into our lives than I could ever put into words. He deserves to win because he deserves to be celebrated for exactly who he is: loyal, loving, goofy, protective, and completely irreplaceable. He has given us a lifetime of unconditional love, and this is one little way we can give some of that love right back to him.
