Vivi is Shih tzu who was a puppy mill rescue and she had enormous challenges during her first year of life. This sweet little one, thankfully got past that trauma, became a happy-go-lucky, 7lb, mamma-spoiled shih tzu and, developed a heart marking under her nose.
