Loki

We got Loki at 3 weeks of age. He was found inside a wall of a barn apparently abandoned by the mother cat because he was the runt of the litter. He had severe diarrhea and was way underweight for his age weighing in at 167gm. I fell in love as soon as I was shown a photo of him. I knew I need to help. We corrected the diarrhea and I bottle fed him until he was able eat soft kitten food at 6 weeks of age. We found out that he was also born with a bacteria in his bladder. A couple vet visits later we got his health issues under control. With his appetite growing, his body did as well. He started putting on weight weekly. It took about 2 full months to finally get him at the weight he is supposed to be. This little guy is a fighter and was determined to get better. I’m a cancer survivor fighting Stephen Johnson syndrome. Helping him changed my mindset of my illness. Not only did I save him, but he saved me. He gave me a reason to fight. At 3 months I can’t imagine life without him.
